HARRISON...JEFFERSON OH...MONROE...MUSKINGUM...NOBLE AND
TUSCARAWAS. IN PENNSYLVANIA...ALLEGHENY...ARMSTRONG...BEAVER...
BUTLER...CLARION...FAYETTE...FAYETTE RIDGES...FOREST...
GREENE...INDIANA...JEFFERSON PA...LAWRENCE...MERCER...

* THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING
* A HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN IS FORECAST FOR EAST CENTRAL OHIO AND
THE WEST VIRGINIA PANHANDLE. ONE TO TWO INCHES IS ANTICIPATED
FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE AREA.
* SOME CREEKS ARE ALREADY RUNNING HIGH FROM PREVIOUS RAIN. THESE
WILL FLOOD QUICKLY SHOULD HEAVY RAIN DEVELOP.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR FLASH FLOODING.
BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND QUICKLY SHOULD FLASH FLOOD
WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
