* URBAN LOCATIONS AND SMALL STREAM AREAS WILL BE THE MOST LIKELY
LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED BY QUICKLY RISING WATER WHERE
SUCCESSIVE ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAINFALL OCCUR. MOTORISTS SHOULD
REMEMBER TO NEVER DRIVE INTO WATER ON ROADWAYS. IT ONLY TAKES A
FEW INCHES OF RUNNING WATER TO CARRY YOUR CAR AWAY...AND IT IS
OFTEN VERY DIFFICULT TO TELL HOW DEEP WATER AHEAD OF YOUR
VEHICLE MAY BE.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
