Flash Flood Watch issued June 12 at 2:49PM EDT until June 12 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS
EVENING...
THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
* PORTIONS OF WESTERN MARYLAND...PENNSYLVANIA AND WEST
VIRGINIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN WESTERN
MARYLAND...GARRETT. IN PENNSYLVANIA...ALLEGHENY...ARMSTRONG...
BEAVER...BUTLER...CLARION...FAYETTE...FAYETTE RIDGES...
FOREST...GREENE...INDIANA...JEFFERSON PA...VENANGO...
WASHINGTON...WESTMORELAND AND WESTMORELAND RIDGES. IN WEST
VIRGINIA...BROOKE...MARION...MARSHALL...MONONGALIA...OHIO...
PRESTON...TUCKER AND WETZEL.
* UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING
* NUMEROUS LOCALLY HEAVY SHOWERS WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL
TRACK THROUGH THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SOME
LOCATIONS MAY EXPERIENCE SEVERAL SUCCESSIVE ROUNDS OF HEAVY
RAINFALL IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME THAT MAY LEAD TO LOCALIZED
QUICK INCREASES IN WATER LEVELS.
* URBAN LOCATIONS AND SMALL STREAM AREAS WILL BE THE MOST LIKELY
LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED BY QUICKLY RISING WATER WHERE
SUCCESSIVE ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAINFALL OCCUR. MOTORISTS SHOULD
REMEMBER TO NEVER DRIVE INTO WATER ON ROADWAYS. IT ONLY TAKES
A FEW INCHES OF RUNNING WATER TO CARRY YOUR CAR AWAY...AND IT
IS OFTEN VERY DIFFICULT TO TELL HOW DEEP WATER AHEAD OF YOUR
VEHICLE MAY BE.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
