GARRETT...EASTERN INDIANA...EASTERN JEFFERSON...NORTHEASTERN
FAYETTE...NORTHEASTERN FOREST...SOUTHEASTERN TUCKER AND SOUTHEASTERN
WESTMORELAND COUNTIES...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ADVISES TRAVELERS CROSSING THE
MOUNTAINS BE ALERT FOR POCKETS OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN UNTIL DAYBREAK
AROUND 730 AM. AIR TEMPERATURES NEAR 32 DEGREES WILL BE CLIMBING
AFTER SUNRISE...ENDING THIS HAZARD.
TRAVELERS CROSSING THE MOUNTAINS THIS MORNING ALSO NEED TO BE ALERT
FOR LOW VISIBILITIES IN FOG AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS...AS RAIN CLOUDS
HAVE BECOME LOW ENOUGH TO ENSHROUD THE RIDGE TOPS. THIS VISIBILITY
HAZARD COULD LAST INTO MIDDAY.
HIGHWAYS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
I-68 IN MARYLAND BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 22 AND 30.
I-76 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 92 AND 100.
I-80 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 91 AND 96.
